Redland Cottage Studio Rental Policy To protect the integrity of our space and ensure a smooth experience for all renters, please review our policy carefully before booking: All bookings are final. No refunds. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances. Arrivals are allowed only 10 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Early access will not be granted. Your rental must end exactly at the scheduled end time. Please pack up and exit by then to avoid late fees. We are not responsible for any injuries sustained by photographers, clients, or guests while on the property. Enter at your own risk. Furniture must be treated with care. No standing, jumping, or placing equipment on furniture. Any damage will result in additional charges. You are fully responsible for your clients, crew, and equipment. Please ensure they follow all rules. Do not rearrange or remove décor or furniture without prior permission. Respect the space as if it were your own home. We reserve the right to deny future bookings for non-compliance. By booking, you agree to all terms above. These rules are enforced to protect our property and your experience.
